How TrackBTC handles account, payment, and report information.

Information we collect

We may collect email address, account and passkey metadata, sign-in events, Early Alpha orders, access state, payment and billing records, refund or dispute status, support messages, and ordinary site telemetry. Payment providers handle card details; TrackBTC does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

How we use information

We use information to create and protect accounts, validate one-time payments, grant or revoke Early Alpha access, deliver private reports, answer support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and public chain data

Stripe and Link receive the information needed to handle your payment, receipts, and transaction support under their own privacy terms. We also use service providers for hosting, delivery, and site measurement. TrackBTC processes public Bitcoin blockchain and accepted market-price information to create reports. We do not sell customer personal information.

Retention, security, and requests

Records are retained as needed for account access, financial records, report delivery, support, disputes, security, and legal obligations.
