Terms for TrackBTC Early Alpha access.

Early Alpha offer
TrackBTC Early Alpha is one finite offer: a one-time $5.00 USD payment, plus any applicable tax, for access to every current and newly published private report through October 15, 2026.
Registration closes at 00:00 UTC on October 16, 2026. Existing paid accounts remain usable until the Early Alpha service is shut down. Pricing after Early Alpha will be different and is not included in this offer.
Payment and access
The $5 fee and any applicable tax are charged once. Early Alpha does not renew automatically, and access begins after successful payment.
Purchases are sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. Link provides receipts and transaction support. You can request a refund through Link support or TrackBTC support; Stripe may also issue refunds under its policies. A refund or payment dispute revokes customer access and requires manual review.
Access and permitted use
Early Alpha access is personal, temporary, and subject to service availability. Do not share credentials, resell, republish, scrape, automate extraction, bypass access controls, or use the service for illegal activity.
TrackBTC and its report formats, methods, interfaces, text, and visuals remain owned by Merino Advisory PTE. LTD. or its licensors. Early Alpha access does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
Evidence and liability
TrackBTC reports observed on-chain behavior and stated limits. They do not establish beneficial ownership, transaction purpose, price causation, or future results and are not investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, custody, or compliance advice.
