Effective 8 September 2026. TrackBTC Early Alpha access is a digital service; there are no physical shipments or returns.
Early Alpha access delivery
A one-time $5.00 USD payment, plus any applicable tax, provides access to every current and newly published private report through October 15, 2026.
If access does not appear after payment, contact support with the account email and payment date.
Request a refund
Purchases are sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. You can request a refund through Link support or TrackBTC support. Stripe may also issue refunds under its policies. Eligibility depends on the payment, delivery, account, and applicable-law facts. Approval is not automatic merely because a report has or has not been opened.

Refunds and disputes
A refund or payment dispute ends customer report access and requires review. Fraud, abuse, or a terms violation may also result in account restriction.
